Q: HOW TO ORDER?
A: We have 5 EASY STEPS on how to process your Order
Step 1: Browse through our products and click the "add to cart" button on the item you want to purchase
Step 2: Once your done choosing the items you like, view the summary of your order by clicking on "Checkout" button.
Step 3: Fill out the Order Form and make sure all details are correct especially the contact info and delivery address. Once done, select a shipping option, and mode of payment that is convenient for you.
Step 4: Send your order by clicking on "Submit Order" at the bottom part of the check out page. You will know that your order was successfully sent when you see a small popup window that would appear. An email with Order Reference will also be sent for payment instructions
Step 5: Once paid, please email the copy of deposit slip/payment slip together with your order reference and delivery details so we can process delivery of your order Email us: cescaclothing@gmail.com

* Instructions for payment will be displayed once you checked out
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT BE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
A: For ON HAND items, processing time will only take 24 hours after verification of your payment. If item is under PRE ORDER, processing time will take 3-7 days (depending on the product you ordered) after verification of payment. After processing your order, we will ship it through one of our partner Couriers and send you the Tracking/Ref No together with expected delivery period

* 7-14 working days for international
How to Track?: You may track your order thru courier's website tracking system by simply entering the tracking(waybill) no in it. Your tracking (waybill) number will be emailed/messaged to you once shipped
NOTE: Delay on delivery will solely be on the courier part
Q: HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS AVAILABLE?
A: For ON HAND items, you can see/check the product availability real-time while browsing our website. Those that are no longer available has a "sold out/out of stock" note in each photo
For PRE ORDER items: All Pre-Order items have 3-7 working days processing time. Availability of pre-order items are not guaranteed so we suggest buyers to provide option 2 and option 3 when sending order request (this is because in case that your selected item is not available, we can replace it with your given 2nd or 3rd option)
Q: HOW LONG CAN I RESERVE MY ORDER?
A: Items will only be reserved for 2 days (applicable for on hand items only). Full payment should be settled for us to ship the item.
Q: HOW MUCH WILL BE THE SHIPPING FEE?
A: Shipping Fee/Rates will depend on the measurement, type, and the weight of the item. It will also depend on your location and on the courier service. Our website can calculate the total shipping fee once you "Check Out"
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

Q: WHAT IF THE ITEM DID NOT FIT TO ME? CAN I RETURN IT / ASK FOR REPLACEMENT?
A: Yes, replacement period is within 5 days after receiving the product. As long as the "tags" are still there, no stain, no smell/damage, you can return and ask for replacement but, Shipping Fee for the return and exchange will be on your own expense.
Q: WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE HAS A SLIGHT DAMAGE? CAN I ASK FOR REPLACEMENT / CAN I RETURN IT?
A: We guarantee that all our items has its Quality Check before we send it to our customers, you will see a "Quality Checked" sticker in your item tag which means that we thoroughly inspect the item before we send it to you. In case you receive a damaged item/product, please do not remove the tag and report it immediately so we can check if it will qualify for replacement. Replacement period is within 5 days after receiving the product.
